What Qualifies for Refund, Resend, or Return

1. Order Delays

  • USA: Eligible after 45 days from shipment
  • Brazil: Up to 110 days due to customs delays
  • Other countries: Up to 100 days depending on shipping method

Please check with your local post office before submitting a dispute.

2. Orders Not Received

  • No refund/resend if tracking shows "delivered"
  • Non-delivery certificate required if not received

3. Damaged Products

  • Full refund or replacement for severely damaged items
  • Partial refund for minor damage
  • No refunds for outer packaging damage
  • Electronics claims must be made within 30 days

4. Incorrect or Missing Products

  • Full refund or replacement for incorrect items
  • Partial refund/resend for missing parts
  • Size issues require photo with measurements

5. Order Cancellations

  • Full refund if canceled before processing/shipping
  • No cancellations for custom or pre-order items

How to Submit a Dispute

  • Provide photos/videos of the issue
  • Include screenshots with date and details
  • Return item if requested

1. Dispute Deadlines

Must be filed within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

2. Force Majeure

  • Natural disasters
  • Epidemics
  • Customs delays
  • War or unrest

3. Shipping Restrictions

No disputes for non-trackable shipping methods.

4. Delivery Limitations

Some regions may not qualify for disputes due to delivery constraints.

5. Returns

  • Must be approved in advance
  • Return within 30 days of receipt
  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed

6. Service-Based Products

Non-refundable once completed.

7. Unacceptable Disputes

  • Change of mind
  • Product differs from expectation (no defect)
  • Customs or external delays
